My journey into HR wasn't just a career choice — it was a calling rooted in a deep belief that people are the heart of every great organization. Over 15 years, I have had the privilege of working across both private and public sectors (in North and South America), helping teams build the structures, cultures, and strategies they need to truly thrive.
But there's another layer to my story. I'm an immigrant who rebuilt her career from the ground up after moving to Canada. I know firsthand what it feels like to be talented, qualified, and motivated — and still feel invisible in a new system. That experience didn't just shape who I am; it became the fuel for everything We Rise HR stands for.
Education & Credentials
I hold a Master of Administrative Science (MAS) with a specialization in Human Resources, alongside my Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation — the gold standard in Canadian HR practice, and a certificate in Equity, Diversity in Inclusion from UBC (University of British Columbia). These credentials, combined with real-world experience across diverse industries, mean you are getting expertise that is both rigorous and practical.
